RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
What is your return/cancellation/exchange policy?
• ORDERS CAN ONLY BE CANCELLED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PLACING YOUR ORDER.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 DAYS of the original order's arrival date. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org the following:
1.Your order number.
2. The item(s) you wish to return and the reason.
• For refunds Merchandise must be in unused condition. Please note: Based on the condition we reserve the right to deny the return. (i.e. smoke smell, burn marks, pet hair, etc..)
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Return Tracking Number is REQUIRED in order to process refunds/exchanges. At this time, we are unable to process direct exchanges. Exchanges are treated like returns.
• Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Please contact customer service at email@example.com directly for Sezzle and Afterpay returns.
